Leadership philosophy
- Own the workflow. Scope starts with the operating sequence teams already run — not a feature catalog.
- One owner per outcome. Initiatives and kernels need a named owner accountable for production results.
- Delivery over demos. Progress is what is live, monitored, and relied upon.
- Explainability ships with the feature. Outputs must be defendable by the people who use them.
